We at QwikFone pride ourselves with the quality of our parts and our workmanships. All repairs are performed by our experiences Technicians and comes with a warranty.

We provide our consumers with different levels of warranty depending on the type of Repair or product. If anything goes wrong with your product after it has been fixed and it is in our warranty period, please do let us know and we will fix it for you for free.

Please note, if your device is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty then the use of our repair services may void your device’s manufacturer’s warranty. If you prefer to avoid this, then please take your device directly to the manufacturer.

Our warranty will only apply to a specific customer and is linked to the specific device (identified by its unique IMEI or serial number on our system). Our warranty will cover the customer for the reoccurrence of the original fault. However if any new faults are found, they will not be covered under the original warranty.

Please note that our warranty will not cover any accidental damages and neither will the warranty extend if the device changes ownership.
