WHAT PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE WARRANTY?
All our devices come with a 12 month warranty. We only sell certified refurbished devices and promise them to be free from any defects. If anything goes wrong with the product from the date of purchase, you have 12 months to return it back to us for a free repair service.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We provide a 14 day cooling period. So if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back to us in its original packaging for a full refund.
REPAIR & REFURBISHING
We can only cover the warranty of the phones, if the phone has been refurbished by our qualified technician. If you do find any problems with your device, you can send it back to us and we will repair it for you at the earliest.
If the phone has been physically damaged causing a damage to the motherboard or has been water damaged, then the warranty on the phone is void and will not be covered in our 12 month warranty.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT REPAIRABLE?
If your product is not repairable, we will replace it for a like to like device.
