All our products come with two month warranty; within this period we will happily exchange or issue a credit note for any goods that have a manufacturing fault.

Changed your Mind?

If you have changed your mind, that is not a problem. You can return any goods that you no longer require within 7 days from purchase, as long as the item is unused and there is no user damage. We do, however, require you to pay for return postage.

Damaged goods?

We cannot accept any goods that have been damaged by the user or the damage has been caused due to an installation error (ripped ribbon cables, broken front glass etc.)

How do I return the goods?

Depending on the item and the nature of the fault, we may ask you to return the goods for inspection prior to issuing you a replacement item. We recommend you send the goods using a reliable company using a tracked service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Please notify us using the returns form prior to returning any goods so we can deal with your returns efficiently. Please do not return any goods before filling our returns form as they will not be processed.

How do we know the product is ours?

All our products come with our holographic sticker on the back of them so there is no confusion when it comes to returning the product. Please ensure this sticker is not removed as this will void the warranty. We will not accept any returns without our sticker on them.
