On "My account" page, you will be able to access all of your orders filtered by date. Click on the latest order, or whichever order you want to track using the order's ID, to view its details and track the shipping process.

QwikFone has a same-day dispatch for all orders that are placed during our business hours. All of QwikFone products has a warranty that enables our specialists to repair defective items for free. If the device cannot be repaired, we replace it for free as well. This warranty will be considered voided if the device or spare part has been accidentally damaged by the user. The warranty will also be voided if party other than QwikFone opens the device and/or repairs it.
In addition to shipping out orders that were placed by 3:00PM, QwikFone offers a range of late shipping options. If you are placing your order before 5:30PM, choose "late shipping" on the check out page to get your order shipped out on the same day.
After placing your order, the website will take you to the checkout page where you will be able to select your shipping method. Once you have selected your shipping option, the shipping cost will appear in the "subtotal" section of the page.

Refurbished phones come in different conditions. The best and most reliable condition is pristine as it means "almost new" or " like new". This means that cosmetic-wise, the phone would have minimum to no wears & tears and performance-wise, the phone will work just like a new phone.
Refurbished phones are graded depending on their conditions and the quality of the refurbishment procedure. The different grades have different prices. Mainly there are 3 grades or categories for refurbished phones:
Grade A:
This is an equivalent of the pristine condition. It means that the mobile phone is at its best condition and you should expect to look and work like new
Grade B:
Refurbished grade-B mobile phones are slightly used and will probably have obvious scratches on the phones body and screen. However, they will still have a good performance
Grade C:
This grade is for heavily used and, possibly, damaged phones. Basically, Grade-C mobiles range from having a severe crack through the screen to not-working at all.

Depending on your refurbished phone's brand and design, the accessory set will change. Mainly, you will get the charger, the USB cable, and the SIM ejection tool. If the phone has a 3.5mm earphone cable, then you'll get a pair of earphones.
QwikFone return policy enables you to return your order and receive a full refund within 14 days providing that the refurbished phone and its accessories are all included in the return and not damaged. If any item is missing or damaged, we won't accept your return request.

OEM part are spare parts that have been manufactured by the same original manufacturer of the smartphone. Using these parts in mobile repairs makes the final result seamless and returns the mobile to its original state after the repair.
Just like the difference between a brand-new phone and a refurbished phone. Both OEM and refurbished OEM spare parts are manufactured by the same original manufacturer of the phone. When an OEM part has a defect or a technical problem, our repair experts fix the problem without affecting the original state or functionality of the part. All of QwikFone's mobile spare parts, OEM and otherwise, are offered at wholesale prices. So, there is no minimum limit for your order to have the cheapest prices.
Since QwikFone warranty is valid for the lifetime of the part, you don't have to return an entire order if an item in it is defective. You can use the warranty to replace the defective part only.
We do not repair faulty or defective accessories such as chargers, power banks, headphones, and so on. However, we replace the defective or faulty accessory item for free with a new one as long as the accessories are still in the 12-month warranty period.
