WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy is simple and one that will put your mind to ease when making a purchase with us. Even though all our products are checked with strict quality controls in place, sometimes there can be occasional issues that may arise with the products. Please relax your mind when making a purchase with us as we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a 12 Month warranty on all our mobile phones and repair services.

WHAT DOES YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

Our lifetime warranty means that if you product becomes faulty, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you, If exchange is not possible we will refund you the market price for the product at time of refund. Please note that the item must meet a certain criteria in order to qualify for a life time warranty. We will accept any product that becomes faulty provided that it is a manufacturing defect or failure. The times when the product will not be covered in our lifetime warranty is if the product has been damaged (Ripped Flex, LCD Damage; internal or external & liquid exposure to the products). HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCT IS YOURS ?

For Parts & Repairs all our items come with a specific stamp on the back of the items to identify that they belong to us. The stamp will include a code along with a date & year stamp to make its identification simple & easy. Please don’t remove this as it will impact your warranty and may void it in some circumstances. If you have any questions or would like to see the code, please let us know and we can send a picture to you.

For Mobile Phones we have a database which keeps track of its IMEI / Serial Numbers against its owner, so we can easily identify the device belongs to us.  

HOW LONG CAN DELIVERY TAKE FOR MY ORDER ?

Once your order is confirmed (via the website, phone or email) our staff will ship out the order the same day provided we received the order before 4:30PM GMT. We have a range of shipping companies that we work with, so you can chose the company you prefer at the checkout page and we will send your item out using that service.

If you forgot to place your order by 4:30PM then don’t worry, we have a range of late shipping methods available up until 6:30PM. Please send us your order and use the late shipping option at checkout for your order to be dispatched on the same day.  

DO YOU PRICE MATCH MY CURRENT SUPPLIER ?

Yes we can price match the items for you provided that your supplier also offers the same quality. We have been in the business for nearly a decade now and if there is one thing we have learnt from our experience is that never compromise on the quality. We only deal with audited suppliers and make sure all our products are of the highest quality possible.

DO YOU HAVE A BUYBACK PROGRAM ?

Yes we do have a Buy Back programme available for both the LCD’s and your old mobile phones.

For the broken LCD's :

We offer this to our clients as a way of generating some extra income. Historically people used throw these away thinking what good is a broken LCD but now you can pack all of them up and send them back to us. Once received, our team will check each LCD and give you a full report of what we received and how much each LCD is worth. Any question regarding the prices please contact us and we can let you know.

For the phones:

If you wanted to trade in your old phone for a new one, you are just in the right place. We can purchase your old phone (price varies and depends on a number of factors i.e. aesthetics, brand, model etc) while you get to enjoy upgrading your phone to the latest model.
